About the Allocation Fund for ITE
The establishment entitled Allocation Fund for Immunotherapy by Energetics (ITE) was created on November 6, 2019 with the aim of financing research, development and promotion of energy stimulation treatments.
Its first activity made it possible to provide volunteer patients, from March 17, 2020 on, with lasting immunization against Sars-CoV-2 (before any availability of a vaccine) and treatment for CoviD19 when necessary.
The allocation fund is managed by a three-member board of directors and an advisory committee composed of two colleges.
The three members of the board of directors are presented below, the founding president, Michel Depeyrot, the vice-president, Teresa Laredo, and the Treasurer, Françoise Lofficial.

About Michel Depeyrot
Michel has founded the endowment fund for immunotherapy by energetics in 2019 in order to present the scientific foundations for an operational rapprochement with current medicine, which does not take into account the laws of electromagnetism.
Trained in this discipline since his studies at Supélec (1963) and his PhD (1968) at Stanford in California, he had founded a microelectronics design company in Grenoble (1984) but a painful personal experience led him in 2005 to search for an innovative solution to treat diseases that are practically incurable with current medicine.
He chose the path of treatment of allergy (excess of energy) according to the teaching started by Devi Nambudripad in California, having perceived its potential for the treatment of auto-allergies in autoimmune diseases. His priority in view of his age now is to train both practitioners and teachers in the field of immunotherapy by energetics.
He is a member of the Stanford University Alumni Association involved in healthcare.
About Teresa Laredo
Teresa is a physical therapist with extensive training in various disciplines to achieve understanding of health in a holistic way. She has always been passionate about health and consciousness in their broadest sense, seeking to integrate the human body as an interconnected whole.
After completing her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she trained in China at the largest hospital in the world that treats patients without medication using exclusively Qi Gong. She discovered the incredible potential of energy for healing. She managed to cure herself of a chronic condition without the use of drugs, which transformed her vision of health.
In 2008, she once again experienced the body’s healing capacity by overcoming her allergies with Dr. Devi Nambudripad’s method. Recognizing the power of this versatile approach, she integrated it to her practice in order to help others. Additionally, she has explored the potential of immunotherapy by energetics, which has allowed her to alleviate multiple disorders in her clinical practice.
She firmly believes in a holistic view of the human being. The body naturally tends toward health if it does not face obstacles or impediments. Her aim as a practitioner is to find and remove those blockages, allowing the body to regain its balance and health on its own.
The goal of this website is to broaden the understanding of health and promote a paradigm shift in medicine. She aspires to integrate the discoveries of quantum physics into biology and medicine, and to raise awareness for methods that have proven effective in her daily practice.
About Françoise Lofficial
Françoise has been a physiotherapist for several decades and has always worked in private practice and has continued to enrich her professional career to acquire new practices with a view to providing a therapy adapted to each patient. This led her to work in a hospital environment (30 years part-time), but also in a prison environment with inmates (5 years).
At the same time, she has done various training courses including osteopathy, myotherapy, health executive, etc... Then her personal story led her to take a closer interest in natural and more global health practices considering the body in its entirety.
She then followed training courses such as Heilpraktiker, Chinese medicine, biological decoding, cellular memory and homeopathy, as well as naturopathy, phyto and aromatherapy. This led him to take an interest in more specific techniques against pain such as RESC. From there, there was no longer any gap with the work in energetics. In 2000, she followed the training with Dr. Devi Nambudripad, as well as other energetic techniques.
To do this, she has striven to be richly endowed with university degrees such as: general anatomy and organogenesis, biomechanics of the musculoskeletal system, physiotherapy and electrotherapy, orofacial rehabilitation... She was able to teach various medical subjects in the universities of Lyon, Saint Etienne, Dijon and Besançon for several years.
Within the framework of the Endowment Fund for ITE, it brings this breadth of vision which corresponds well to the objective of finding a cooperative mode of relationship with official medicine.

Abstract
A treatment based on the stimulation of bodily meridians is explicitly described for enabling Scientists to ascertain is repeatability for healing CoviD19 infections, as it has been put into effective practice since March 2020 to that effect. It is named Immunotherapy by Energetics (ITE). A sense of urgency motivates the authors as this technique is also proven applicable for the treatment of any autoimmune disease. It is expected that rigorous cooperation of ITE therapists with Immunologists shall open new practices in Medicine.
Preamble
Proposing such a publication which does not fit in the current way of thinking of the medical establishment is quite daring and the odds are against its acceptance. Meanwhile the challenge is worth it, as numerous diseases – all autoimmune diseases to start with – can only be healed by taking into account that they are due to a wrongful polarization of Lymphocytes, which requires an energetic rebalancing [14]. As the scientific acknowledgement of the efficiency of this approach is the natural starting point for its wider acceptance, this publication is an invitation to repeat the experience encountered with Covid19 on several hundreds of patients.
In summary, four hurdles are faced to overcome any scientific distrust in ITE: Psychomuscular Testing, the Electromagnetic Storage in Water, Homeopathic Sensitization, and the ITE Stimulation Protocol.
Starting on March 17, 2020, on the day when the confinement was ordered in France to slow-down the pandemic of CoviD19, the FDD-ITE endowment fund have launched a program of training volunteers for the urgent treatment of patients contaminated by the Sars-Cov-2 virus. This initiative intervened before the availability of any mRNA-based vaccine. The treatment immediately proved its working for healing CoviD19 patients and for protecting subjects by the hundreds through Immunization by Energetics against this virus.
Promoting the reproduction of an effective practice
The present publication is an open promotion and an invitation to reproduce it in order to offer an alternative solution against such pandemics, and a challenge for enlarging the scope of immunology. Numerous trained therapists are already practicing and available for patients around Grenoble, Madrid, Lyon, Lausanne, Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris, mostly for treating infections, allergies and autoimmune diseases.
A project, code-named SESIEE, has been designed for the Statistical Evaluation of Sars-CoV-2 Immunization Effectiveness by Energetics. It would be based on the dosing of memory Lymphocytes in blood samples against three Non-Structural Proteins (# 7, 12 and 13) with the reactives provided as ImmunoT-test by ImmunoServ Ltd. [8]. A selection of 30 willing subjects is deemed sufficient, but about 50 have already been diagnosed by Psychomuscular Testing, revealing the same pattern as blood tests by ImmunoServ, namely half of immunized persons are armed with lymphocytes against NSP12 (RNA-dependent RNA-Polymerase), and the rest evenly spread between NSP7 (RNA-Polymerase cofactor) and NSP13 (RNA-Helicase).
An unexpected although natural fallout from project SESIEE is a protocol which can be adapted to other viral infections, and further to bacterial, fungal or parasitic infections, keeping in mind that each infectant has its idiosyncratic tricks which must be dodged accordingly, like biofilms, mucoid cysts, etc. [10]
Four essential contributions in the PRIM/D19 protocol (Preventative Immunization) must be described for facilitating its reproduction. Immunological interpretations are provided along these descriptions and the protocol overview is offered in conclusion. It must be emphasized that all volunteers for treating CoviD19 patients had firstly been immunized by PRIM/D19 and did not wear any protective equipment.
Dorsal and Energetic Stimulation
To begin with, the stimulation per Hua Tuo Jia Ji of acupuncture points along the Pang Kouang meridian (known as the Urinary Bladder meridian) had been carried out while the subject was holding the potentiated vials of water in the palm of one hand to ensure that his/her neuro-vegetative system would register the profile of the infectant against which the subject's naïve lymphocytes are to be activated. The activation is hypothesized to be performed by electromagnetic resonance (triggering CD-45 RA into RO) to turn these naïve lymphocytes into antigenic-memory-lymphocytes against Sars-CoV-2.
Finally, the stimulation as an upgrade of the Nambudripad protocol [13] for the 24 energy entry points of the meridians must ensure this resonance of certain epitopes of the virus with the compatible paratopes carried by certain naive lymphocytes (passive) which are thus activated. The spontaneous selection of the portion of the targeted antigen varies from one subject to another as a result of the well-known individual V(D)J immune process.
Psychomuscular Kinesiological Testing
It is essential to consider that brain waves are exchanged between the patient and the therapist [12] and that each unconscious brain is fully aware of the other’s conscious thoughts.
A session therefore must start by asking whether the patient’s unconscious mind truly wants the best for the whole person, body, spirit, and soul. The next question is to figure-out whether the patient’s unconscious mind is aware that the therapist wants the best for the patient, in other words, whether he loves his patient.
The Psychomuscular Test process then consists in asking questions of physical, physiological, or psychological nature, possibly related to a vial placed on the patient’s palm of hand. Usually, this vial merely contains water potentialized electromagnetically with some substance to be tested.
Electromagnetic potentization of water in small vials
As can be seen from the works of German Pr. Wolfgang Ludwig and from the widely available supply of specific vials of diversely potentized water from North America, the electromagnetic memory of water is unarguable. The practical interest of these vials of water currently is for therapeutic purpose.
It suffices to know that a simple electronic device serves for recording the electromagnetic spectrum of any substance and copying it onto a vial of water. A computer system enables to store such a spectrum and to transmit it through internet. Diverse suppliers of such material and of the produced vials have presenting their offers for years and now through the Internet.
Homeopathic sensitization
The subjects have been either infected with Sars-CoV-2, or vaccinated by messenger RNA inoculation, or else immunized according to the preventive immunization protocol (PRIM/D19) which can be explained as follows as inspired from a homeopathic procedure.
The subject must have in his/her body, close to the thymus, the perception of a presence of the concerned virus, the Sars-CoV-2. If the subject is not already contaminated, it is enough for him/her to drink a small quantity of pure ordinary water, potentiated with the same electromagnetic profile as the virus. This potentiation, starting from a vial of water supplied by foreign laboratories, is a simple electromagnetic copying by means of a small low radio frequency receiver-transmitter device.
What is missing in classical homeopathy is the Energetic Stimulation.
Toward alternative medicines
The statistical analysis of the types of antigenic memory lymphocytes activated depending on the three types of immune protection (Contamination, Vaccination, Immunization) above all should make it now possible to enrich the panoply of medical treatments with an intervention of electromagnetic nature per the protocol of immunotherapy by energetics (ITE). Its motivating relevance is the fact that ITE targets antigens on Sars-CoV-2 quite different from those on the Spike protein targeted by mRNA vaccines.
The striking property of Immunotherapy by Energetics in comparison with Covid19 contamination or even Vaccination is to provide subjects with a lasting protective effect.
The essential advantage is to trigger no negative side-effect.
Its major difference clearly is to be provided as a service, not with a product.
This is the objective of the FDD-ITE endowment fund.

The SESIEE project, in which the efficacy of PRIM/D19 was proven by this test technique, would have benefited from validation by blood tests to dose activated memory lymphocytes in volunteer subjects against Sars-CoV-2.
